STEP 1

You should file the necessary documentation with the court to get your documents. Most of the time this is the summons and complaint (in Texas these are known as The Citation and Petition or Claim). Although there are many other servable documents.

STEP 4

Once we have verified the documents are ready for service we will send you a bill electronically that you can securely pay with a credit card or a check.

STEP 5

We make multiple attempts based on the courts requirements and make verification of the service address. If the subject is avoiding we will fill out an affidavit for alternative serivce, so service can be finalized.

STEP 6

We will prepare the return of service and email a copy to you and in Texas we will Electronically File with the courts.
